Acquisition Support Division was formed with the objective of
providing innovative and practical solutions contract procurement
and management services that deliver long-term value to our
clients.
Our reach extends from skilled industry veteran contractors to
former federal government personnel who clearly understand the
challenges of managing projects and clients throughout the federal
and DOD arena.Argus offers seasoned
employees who understand the acquisition cycle and are able to
manage in whole, or in segments, the entire process throughout the
development of the acquisition. Those include: Development of
acquisition strategies and plans, identification of acquisition
vehicles, support with source selection, development of
acquisition packages including (SOO, SOW, RFI’s, and RFPs, and
monitoring performance work statements).
AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE
The nuts and bolts of government
compliance and subsequent auditing can be a daunting task.
Failure of meeting the guidelines established by the government
puts the contractor at tremendous financial and reputational
jeopardy if ever faced with an audit. Rest assured, an audit of
your contracts will happen and when it does, the rewards are great
for compliant companies – and the harm to your operations is much
greater for non-compliance.
Argus offers the unique understanding of
government Security, ITAR & EAR, and Federal Acquisition
Regulations. Our team is able to facilitate the
implementation of quality control practices through the auditing
of systems, policies, and personnel to identify non-compliance
issues and provide for remedial solutions that allow customers to
focus on what they do best.
Our Key Compliance Personnel come from
such agencies and positions as the Defense Security Service (DSS),
Senior Level Contract Management Roles, and the legal community
helping contractors achieve excellence in their acquisition,
contract management, and compliance programs.
CRADLE TO GRAVE ACQUISITION SUPPORT
Argus provides cradle-to-grave acquisition support that allows
contracting officers to efficiently develop and execute
acquisition strategies and plans. We offer unmatched, up-to-date
knowledge of DOD/Commercial procurement process and can help our
clients understand the intricate rules, guidelines, and
regulations. Argus personnel have experience with
pre-award & post
award efforts including performing market research, developing
acquisition plans, and preparing justifications.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
We assist our clients in measuring financial systems to isolate
deficiencies and data reliability. We help to develop procedures
to track our clients’ contracts. We assist in preparing financial
reports that contain detailed records of contract commitments,
obligations, and expenditures. Other expertise include: Processing
task orders, close-outs, kick-off meetings, modifications,
equitable adjustments, and small business report. Federal
Acquisition Regulation, OMB Circular standards, the
Anti-Deficiency Act, and other pertinent regulations are followed,
executed, and are kept up to date.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ASSESSMENTS
Our team of skilled professionals provide the direction and
oversight our clients need consisting of multiple projects
including project needs assessments, design, development, and
delivery. Argus will ensure project schedules are met and system
resources are used efficiently and that all required resources
including qualified personnel, production standards, computer
time, and facilities are available for program implementation.
